The average time a recruiter spends on a résumé. It measures formatting and keywords — not whether you can actually do the work.

"No experience"

The trap every entry-level applicant hits: you need a job to get experience, and experience to get the job.

Nowhere safe to practice the moments that actually decide hiring — the angry customer, the deadline, the hard conversation.

Live demo · 60 seconds

A customer just messaged you. What do you say?

No account. No instructions. Just you, a furious customer, and the choices you make. Watch their mood shift in real time — then see how you scored.

This is a 3-step preview. The full simulation is open-ended: you type your own replies and an AI customer reacts to every word.

How it works

Three steps. One real skill at a time.

01

Choose a skill

Pick a real workplace moment you want to get good at — handling complaints, prioritising under pressure, selling, problem-solving.

02

Enter the simulation

Step into a believable scenario powered by AI. Your decisions change what happens next — exactly like the real job.

03

Earn your proof

Get a scored Proof of Skill with specific feedback — something you can share, improve, and let employers actually see.

What you can practice

Simulations that feel like the actual job.

Your proof of skill

A score employers can actually trust.

Every simulation ends in a Proof of Skill: an overall score, a percentile, and specific feedback on what you did well and what to fix. Share it, beat it, and build a record of real ability.

Specific feedback, not a generic grade — tied to the exact words you used.
A shareable card for your résumé, LinkedIn, or application.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is it really free?+

Yes. Practising simulations and getting your Proof of Skill is free, and you can start without creating an account. We're in validation — our goal right now is to help as many job seekers build real skill as possible.

Do I need to sign up?+

No. You can jump straight into a simulation. We only ask for an email if you want to save your Proof of Skill and track your progress over time.

Will employers actually see this?+

We're onboarding Korean SMEs who hire for these exact skills. Sharing your proof with employers will be opt-in and fully in your control — join the waitlist to be first when the talent pool opens.

How is my performance scored?+

It's a blend: an outcome signal (did you actually resolve the situation and calm the customer?) plus an AI assessment of empathy, communication, problem-solving and composure — with specific feedback referencing what you said.

Is it available in Korean?+

Prax is built Korea-first. Simulations and feedback are designed for Korean workplaces, and full Korean-language support ships with the exercises.

What if I do badly?+

That's the point of practice — it's a safe place to fail for free. Nothing is shared unless you choose to. Most people improve their score within a few attempts, and the feedback tells you exactly how.
